The 5th Annual Milford D. Lester Memorial Cup Recreational Rowing Race will start at 9:00 AM, from Million Dollar Beach, on beautiful Lake George, NY, Saturday May 21, 2011.

The race celebrates the life of Milford Lester, longtime AOSA/IROW Board member, competitor, and supporter. Milford summered on Lake George and spent hours rowing on the crystal clear waters of Lake George. All proceeds from the race support the Lake George Association whose mission is to protect, conserve and improve the beauty and the quality of Lake George. The race is 6 miles in length open to all Class I, II, III, and IV recreational singles and Class I, II, and III recreational doubles in men’s, women’s, and mixed categories.
